Wombat Tech ("we", "us", "our") operates mobile games and the website wombattech.net. This policy describes how we handle your information.
Dope Wars 1943 — App-Specific Policy
Dope Wars 1943 (App ID: net.wombattech.dopewars1943) is a single-player game. All gameplay is offline — no internet connection is required to play.
- ◆ Local storage only — Game saves, high scores, achievements, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using the Hive database library.
- ◆ Ads — The free version shows occasional interstitial ads between game sessions (never during gameplay). You may also choose to watch a short rewarded ad to reveal market prices — this is always optional and never required. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
- ◆ Premium upgrade — A one-time in-app purchase ("Wombat Premium", $1.99) removes all ads permanently. No other purchases exist. Premium gives no gameplay advantage.
- ◆ No pay-to-win — No ad or purchase provides in-game currency, items, or any gameplay advantage.
- ◆ Uninstall = full deletion — All locally stored data is automatically removed when you uninstall the app.
Information We Collect
We collect as little data as possible. Our games are designed to work without requiring personal information.
- ◆ No account required — You don't need to create an account or sign in to play our games.
- ◆ No personal data collection — We don't collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses through our games.
- ◆ No tracking across apps — We don't use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
- ◆ Anonymous analytics — We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., crash reports, which screens are used most) to improve our games. This data cannot identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
Our games may use the following third-party services:
- ◆ Google AdMob — For serving ads in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- ◆ Google Play / App Store — For distribution and in-app purchases. Their privacy policies apply to transactions.
- ◆ Firebase Crashlytics — For anonymous crash reporting to help us fix bugs.
Ads are shown only between game sessions — never during gameplay, trading, travel, or combat. Premium users see no ads at all.
In-App Purchases
Some games may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
Children's Privacy
Our games are rated 18+ and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Storage & Security
Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not store your game data on our servers. If you uninstall a game, your progress is lost unless the platform (Google Play / iCloud) provides backup.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal data, there's typically nothing to request deletion of. However, if you have concerns about any data we might have, you have the right to:
